Maximizing Warehouse Space: The Key to Productivity
Columbus, OH, United States - 15th and 16th June, 2002.
Seminar / workshop

The organisers state this seminar will cover "What every warehouse manager should know about layout and design" and that the challenge for warehouse managers lies in redesigning their existing facilities since the doors and work areas and columns cannot be changed. They also state this seminar is designed to help you maximize warehouse space for greater efficiency and productivity.
There are few hard and fast rules for warehouse layout and design, but there are fundamentals as well as effective rules of thumb that will help maximize the space available. This practical hands-on presentation will define those elements and provide tools and techniques to improve your operations immediately.
