I am looking for a maint. or repair manual for a Clark forklift model 1024 Type G, serial# TR36RJ37. Not sure what year it is. It has a rating of #1000. Need any type of repair manual that has info on the engine, electrical and hydraulics.

Chester,I don't recognize that Mdel# or Serial#. Is this an electric, gas,LP,or diesel truck?

It is an LP or propane powered unit. It has a small four cyl. engine, is a ride on type. It has one gear forward and one reverse standard shift tranny. It has hard rubber tires. I bet it's the smallest one Clark made. I can e-mail a picture of it if you give me an address.

Your forklift is what they called a Truckloader. I have a parts manual that I can copy for $100.00
The parts for this machine are difficult to find, but if you let me know what you need, I'll be happy to try to find them for you. You can reach me at   gitrucks at adelphia dot net.

Any idea what year it is? The book sounds a little pricey for just a parts list. If it was a shop/repair manual I'd probobly go for it. I'm not sure what it will need right now other than a brake master cylinder rebuild and some forks for the lift.

If you have an older parts house you can probably match cylinder. Also good places are tractor and equipment repair places.

Chester; I can get you a master cylinder repair kit for $12.00 and I have a good used pair of 40" forks for $125.00. The bottom hangers on the forks are missing and will need to be replaced. You can e mail me at gitucks at adelphia dot net.
