It seems you have experience with a number of brands and their respective dealers.  As you well know any product is only as good as the support behind it that keeps you up and running.  You would be best served to evaluate the dealership capabilities rather than the "iron". to make your decision.   Remeber there is no perfect forklift.  If there was no one could afford them.
