I am working on a Cat Model 2EC15. Customer complained the forklift would not move and displayed a code H on the dash. I messed with the lift levers and the code went away. The forklift operates good now. What was the Code H for? and what could be the possible cause?

H on display at start up is one of the hydraulic switches is closed while the key switch is closed. That is probably why the code went away when you messed with the control levers. Check the control valve switch adjustments or it could have been some debris hold switch closed intermittently.

Thank You, Carl.   We removed the panel cover and it looked like it had never been cleaned, after air cleaning iit the problem has not come back .
