Yale GLC50 with error codes 106-4 and 108-1

Anyone have a list of these codes and what is wrong?

I replaced the ECU and now have 5 volts and new codes.

524213-1

the five volt refrence circuit comes from the engine computer.........

Where does it get 5 Volts from?

That has 12Volts on it. The other sensor on top of the carb called the boost sensor made by Hitachi has no power.

Is it on the side of the throttle body with a vacuum hose and a connector with two wires?

106-4 is map sensor out of range low and 108-1 barometric pressure below acceptable limits. do you have a 5 volts at the map sensor?
