Yes there are, mostly the same companies that rebuild them for the automotive world.

There are several forklift specific engine rebuilders. Grindstaff is one I use a lot. I've also used. Atlas, Acme, Arrow, KEM, are just a few others

Sorry I misunderstood, with the level of rebuilds going on I am unaware of anyone supplying just cores...When we dispose of old lifts sometimes we sell the engines to rebuilders as we get more for them that way than as scrap.
