HYSTER R30XM2 LIFTING PROBLEMS

Has anyone come across this problem on this truck where you have to lift all the way up turn off the key then back on and lower the truck all the way to reset truck? What would cause this problem?

The problem is truck goes into limit travel and won/t reset till you preform what is described above.

sounds like a height speed limiting switch (on the mast) is not working correctly, maybe the upper switch is closed when the lower one is open, or vice-versa.
