cat. g5000 code 27. n all indicator lights flshing

cat c5000 with code e-27 showing. truck start. running like misfire. i did changed sparkplug n check all hv good spark.

got 12v. does any coil pack need change?

anyone can give me any idea to clear these code n flashing lights. or still hv other problem need done? plz thx all

code e 27=
The crankshaft position sensor (POS) signal is not detected for a
predetermined time at the engine start or during engine running
(during camshaft position sensor (PHASE) signal input).
A crankshaft position sensor (POS) signal irregular waveform is
detected for a predetermined time during engine running (during
camshaft position sensor (PHASE) signal input).
if you don't find the wires broken or disconnected that go to the crankshaft and camshaft sensors and the wires are good back to ECM, and if you can not clear the codes doing the dance, or software, and the code stays on the hour meter, MAYBE changing some particular or all the coil packs could save you having to get a new ECM (or even a second ECM).
You should know that the US ECM have a pretty good warranty, I bet the Canadian ones have a good long warranty, too, but _I_ couldn't swear to it, you should check with your Cat dealer.

Had this code on several.Start lift unplug 3 coils at a time.Yes it will run on 1 if started.Plug next one in unplug first.keep on till you have done all 4.You should have found miss.If its still missing.Undo battery for about 4 hrs codes will go away/If they come back Like Ed stated call the cat dealer.
