STILL R-70 PROBLEM

Could you please help me to rectify problem with turning on my lift truck : STILL-R-70-25 (model from 1993 ) .
During starting procedure yellow indicator lamp / N / is always flashing on-off (fast) .
Since I don't have repair manual book too , I need your help to decode that problem .
Or if is possible , please advice what to check something else .

You need to open the frontplate the truck. There can you find on the front PCB board 4 switches. Set the 4th one off and switch on the keycontact. The controlelamp wil still flash when there is a fault in the machine. While it is flashing set the forward switch once on and off then the indictorlamps (1th , 3th and 5th from the right side) will give you code that sends you further too find the fault.
