Need help to get operator and service manuals, and to locate ELECTRONIC spares and/or their technical info, and/or repair technicians or companies for these.

I'm not sure but I think you have an electric truck. I know that the internal combustion trucks manufactured in Japan are totally different that the ones sold in EU and North America. I'm not sure about the electric trucks, but it wouldn't surprise me that they are different also. On the other hand there are only a couple of suppliers of the specialized electrical parts.
