Access 123 system claims Monitor Disabled

Display works fine through pretest or in technician mode, no error codes, but after self test display reads "Monitor Disabled"

is this a 5000 or 5200 series RR? If the forks are tilted full up or down it will give this mesage. There are swithes near the tilt cyl to monitor this and a pressure transducer in the cyl on many of these as well. The switches/transducer can be tested in the technicians mode with out taking any thing apart.
