JUNGHEINRICH ETVQ20 ERROR CODES 7 AND 14

Hi can anyone tell me what the error codes 7 and 14 are for this truck? or does anyone have a list of codes or a shop manual? The truck is a Jungheinrich ETVQ20 2002 model.
