We Removed A Customers EP20KT Serial # ETB5B50094 From Storage To Put Back In To Service. Supposively When It Parked It Was 100% Operational. We Jumped It With A Temp Battery & It Drove 50 Yards Before We Got Code 20, Then 10(Low Armature Voltage). Turned The Key Off & On. Cycling The Key We Would Get Either 41 Or 43(Regen Componets) & No Movement. Further Inspection Appears That The Drive Motor Brushes Are Stuck/Seized In Place. Would Seized Brushes Cause The Following Error Codes? If So Does Anyone Have A Service Manual For This Truck Regarding Installation Of Brushes. howitt937 at gmail dot com

Well the Brushes Were Seized / Stuck In Both Drive Motors. Some PB Blaster & Some Light Tapping, I Got All Eight Brushes Unstuck, No More Error Codes. Thanks For The Help

Now My Issue Is The Brush Wear Indicator Light Came On And Is Putting The Truck In To Safe Mode. Yet The Brushes Are 60-70% Any Ideas

the brush wear is a wire inside the brush.
are you SURE this puts this unit into a "safe mode"? is there some code?
This "safe mode" may be the park brake switch, possibly stuck, or shorted.
If you disconnect the yellow small wire coming out of the brushes, what happens?

These Brushes Do Not Have A Wire Coming Out Of Them Like Most Motors With A Wear Indicator. The Truck Will Drive & Move But Limited Power Because Of The Brush Wear Indicator Light Turns On As Soon As You Turn The Truck On.  According To The Manual On The Brush Wear Indicator Switch You Should Have 15V On The CN1 Pin 27 & 29, I Have 6.5 Volts On The Left & Right Drive Motor
