Clark C500CY400D Turn Signals

Local dealer says truck never came with turn signals, we are trying to replace one of the rear turn signal assy's and also the turn signal actuator that mounts on the steering column & the flasher relay. Anybody ever run across these or have any info for me? Thanks!!

thanks etharp, we ended up getting an aftermarket set up from O'reillys and it worked great!! appreciate the help.
