Unit will lift from switch at platform base.  But sounds like its stuck in by-pass with joystick control, pump not loading.
Travel doing same as lift, pump comes on, coil doesnt energize.  steering fine.

anybody else had this problem?

check the long wire's continuity from the base to the large plug
then check the platform control box (joystick) most brands use interlock relays inside to make sure the right function is selected
i had a customer drop his JLG box a few weeks ago and knocked one of the relays loose from its base
and ive had a few go bad
some jlg's have boards with diagnostic led's but youll need a manual if this is the case
make sure those relays are working (getting voltage) and that they are secure if the long wire checks good
i never worked on a terex before but im JLG certified and most scissors ive seen are built with pretty much the same idea

Progress has been slow with this one...the best guess I have so far is the card in the joystick controller.  All the wiring, switches, relays checked out okay.
From the joystick to the proportional valve, voltage is I'm told pulse modulated.  It should appear to be close to 24volts on the meter. I get maybe 6volts @ the cards output pin.
If I supply the coil with battery voltage[jumper], the controller works, but that bypassed the emergency disconnect.
I've sent the card out, hopefully that will fix it.  There are pots to adjust gain, range, etc. on the card.  I could not increase the cards output adjusting them though.     Thanks for the input.
