AS A VERY LARGE USER OF CASCADE UNITS IS THERE ANY COMPANY OUT THERE THAT CAN SUPPLY REPLACEMENT PARTS QUICKER AND CHEAPER THAN CASCADE DIRECT?

I have also seen the problems with Cascade.  We have a lot of dealers that will purchase Cascade parts from us at a higher price because we stock them.
If you are looking for an alternative to replace existing units you might want to contact Brudi Bolzoni Auramo.  Their website is [url/email removed]-auramo.com

If you are looking for rebuilt attachments, L.A. Lift Attachments in Canada can supply Rebuilt Cascade, Auramo, Long Reach and Brudi units at a competitive price.   613-634-1140

As soon as John Hunter, Cascade UK Country Manager,  knew there was a problem, he personally travelled to Scotland to meet the customer, face-to-face.  Cascade resolved the issue instantly by replacing the suspect parts free of charge, to the total satisfaction of the customer. We are glad that this web discussion group informed us of the problem, the forum helped Cascade to resolve the issue quickly.
STUBOY is now happy and not needing to look any further for parts support.
Cascade is focused on fulfilling all our customers needs

If only this was true!  However, we would like to thank John Hunter for taking the time to personally get invloved.  For my own sanity, the matter is now closed!

Hi Stuart, Unfortunately you've been getting all the replies from the US. The good news is that we are a supplier based in the UK and can supply most parts and quite competitively priced as well. Please get in touch so that we can try and improve your supply chain.

Honestly, you'd be better off switching to a different brand.

I've got tons of experience with cascade carton and roll clamps. I thought they were great until I sold my 1st Auramo clamp.

There is no comparison!
The Auramo clamp lasts at least 5:1 longer than cascade. Once you get your head around the german din fittings, they are a dream.
No more broken/twisted pins.
No more ballooned cylinders.
No more anything...

They get used twice as hard as the old cascades and give no grief except for the occasional blown hose.

I used to sware by cascade, but I've learned my lesson.
