Job Summary
     Responsible for the service department business management, supervises and coordinates activities of the service technicians. Manage and direct all activities to exceed the standards of the Corporate Mission and Vision statements and completed in an efficient, safe and profitable manner. Specific responsibilities are the hiring, training, and monitoring the performance of the technical service team while exceeding the service department’s business objectives.

Requirements of the Position
? Experience successfully managing a profitable service department.
? Team player with a history of successful customer service experience.
? Works well in a high paced environment.
? Strong communication skills.
? Technical background with 5 years experience in the material handling industry.
? Ability to lead and motivate a service team to reach optimal performance.
? Strong computer skills.
? High School or GED required.
