The Flexi G4 is a conventionally-styled forklift that is easy to drive and that works in about half the aisle space that is required for a conventional forklift. It is designed to work in an aisle as narrow as 3', plus the depth of the pallet. It is capable of picking both sides of the aisle from either direction, and it can actually leave the aisle to unload trucks at the dock and return with the load directly into the aisle. By decreasing the aisle width 20% to 40%, when compared to reach trucks and conventional lifts, the user significantly increases the cubic utilization of existing space. In applications utilizing reach trucks, the trailer-to-rack capability results in savings due to fleet and personnel reductions as well.

The Flexi eliminates the space needed by a counterbalance or reach truck to turn into the racking, allowing narrower aisles and consequently more bays within a given space.

If you are using conventional forklifts with 12' aisles in a warehouse of 100,000 square feet, narrow the aisles to 7' and turn your 100,000 feet into the equivalent of 140,000 feet. If you are using reach trucks with 9.5' aisles in a warehouse of 100,000 square feet, narrow the aisles to 7' and turn your 100,000 feet into the equivalent of 125,000 feet while eliminating the forklift(s) at the dock and its operator(s), and racking the space you were using to stage the goods for the reach trucks.

Your investment in this additional footage is less than you can acquire it otherwise by leasing, purchasing, or building the additional space. And, this additional footage is available with no corresponding increase in real estate taxes, insurance, utilities, or maintenance when compared to acquiring the space by any other means.

The return on investment for the Flexi can be less than a year, seldom more than two.
