Hans H. Meyer GmbH and Bolzoni Auramo GmbH join their Sales and Service organisations in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The new structure will be presented for the first time at this year's LogiMAT in Stuttgart.
Customers of both MEYER and BOLZONI AURAMO will equally benefit from this new set up as, from now on, they will enjoy the advantage of having one contact for both the MEYER and BOLZONI AURAMO product ranges. Intensified customer care - all at first handThe resulting product range is a unique and extensive combination of two product brands. On one hand, the
MEYER core competence products such as attachments for beverage logistics, high-performance fork positioners, rotating attachments and a broad range of parallel clamps, e.g. for home appliances. On the other, products belonging to the innovative
BOLZONI AURAMO range including attachments for the paper, pulp and recycling logistics together with a wide range of products suitable for each specific handling requirement. So from now on forklift truck attachments, forks and lifting tables are all available to the customers from one single source.
The advantages for customers are obvious: an optimised sales area concept further improving customer care and product consultancy through just one technical manager covering the combined product range.

Further specialisation in Beverage Logistics and International Key AccountsA specialised Product Management Team has been added to the National and International sales structure to cover the Beverage and Logistics segment of the Meyer Multi Pallet Handlers. This team now acts as a direct communication channel between market requirements and technical engineering departments and product development team.
Focus on ServiceIn Germany the combined sales organisations count on two competent and fast-acting service and workshop centres: Salzgitter in the north and Korschenbroich in the west. A new Spare Parts Centre is planned for the latter part of this year which will have a centralized stock of forks and sideshifts which will further strengthen the 24 hour delivery performance for parts and components for all products of both brands.
Already today there is a 'trade in' facility and retail of used attachments, repair and refurbishment services plus an extensive rental fleet coupled with a professional product and application training programs at site, or in the Customer Training Centre in Salzgitter.
The combination of the service technician from of both companies has now created the biggest decentralized service network in the attachment industry in the German speaking markets - a unique service support structure with an increased flexibility and performance in the 'after sales service' in the market.
