Includes: color LCD display, RFID reader and embedded WiFi. The IP67 device is super reliable and is used in tough outdoor weather extremes. Features: Keyless ignition, checklist automation, code/card expiration for training, maintenance scheduling, engine and seat belt monitoring, loaded/unloaded monitoring, speedometer, impact and speed monitoring.
LCD-601 SPEED MONITORING: LCD-601 will display forklift speed in .1 MPH/KPH just like a digital speedometer. When the vehicle exceeds the speed limit setpoint the device will begin to beep and flash SPEEDING---SLOW DOWN! If the operator reduces speed immediately-nothing happens. If the operator continues to speed through the "grace period" you have set (say 3 seconds) then the 120dB flashing siren alarm sounds and the event is recorded and transmitted to the FMS software where immediate emails are sent out to supervisors on the email list.

TOP SPEED CONTROL SYSTEMS:SPEED-SAVER is our top speed controller for conventional cable throttle systems. The kit includes the controller, gear tooth speed sensor, electronic "arm" actuator with cable and connecting hardware. The cable attaches to the "arm actuator" on one side and the engine throttle on the other. When the forklift exceeds a set point (approx. 2 MPH---3KPH) then the "arm" actuates---which restricts the stroke of the throttle---the amount of restriction is set by adjusting nuts at throttle connection. With the throttle stroke restricted-the engine can only produce X# RPMs which controls forklift speed to X# MPH/KPH. No matter how hard the driver presses on accelerator pedal---this is the maximum engine RPM he will get. When forklift speed is reduced below the setpoint, the "arm" relaxes and the throttle can attain maximum engine RPM---and power--- needed for heavy lifting at low speeds.

SPEED-SAVER EL is our top speed controller for electronic throttle systems. The kit includes the controller, gear tooth speed sensor, Deutsch splicing connectors and PC software for parameter settings. The controller splices in place between the forklift accelerator and the vehicle computer. Using our supplied software, the mv setpoint for max top speed is set.
- ACCELLERATION RATE: The EL model can also set "ramp up" or take off speed. This setting relates speed to time---and allows the user to prevent high speed---full power take offs.
- TWO TOP SPEED SETTINGS: The EL model can also set two top speeds. Two speeds are used in conjunction with our ZONE CONTROL systems or optional hydraulic sensor.

ZONE SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM: ZONETROLLER IR: is our infrared zone speed control system. An IR transmitter is mounted at every boundary. It transmits low frequency IR on one side and a high frequency IR to the other. There is an IR receiver mounted to every forklift. As the forklift passes the boundary, it picks up a frequency sequence---depending upon the sequence---it will actuate or de-actuate a relay. This relay will actuate the top/bottom speed of the SPEED-SAVER device---which will change speeds automatically. The
ZONETROLLER system can also work with forklifts that have HI/LO (Rabbit/Turtle) switches on the dash---eliminating the need to the SPEED-SAVER device.

HYDRAULIC SENSOR SPEED CONTROL OPTION: This is our optional hydraulic sensor that is connected to the forklift lift-pressure line. The sensor is calibrated to a given pressure---so weight on the lift above this setpoint creates an output. When the hydraulic sensor is connected to the SPEED-SAVER device---it can actuate a hi/lo speed---depending upon the weight on the forklift. Example: when set to 2000#, any load above 2000# will cause the forklift to slow to the programmed low speed---when there is less than 2000# on board, the forklift has high speed enabled.

SPEEDOMETER SYSTEM: SPEEDTROLLER: is our forklift speedometer---that displays speed in .1 MPH/KPH. It allows for setting a speed limit and a "grace period". When the forklift exceeds the speed limit the device beeps and when the grace period is exceeded, the alarm sounds.
