Officials are investigating after a man was killed when he was trapped underneath a forklift in Delaware County on Tuesday afternoon.

Officials say the industrial accident happened at the Airport Business Complex in Tinicum Township.

When fire crews arrived, they found a person pinned underneath a forklift. The 35-year-old man from Upper Darby was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident is being investigated by the Tinicum Township Police Department, the Delaware County Medical Examiner's Office and OSHA.

The victim's name has not yet been released.
