Meclift introduces Variable Reach Truck ML 1612R

Oy Meclift Ltd, a Finnish manufacturer of Variable Reach Trucks and Side Reach Stackers, has launched its latest model of Variable Reach Trucks, ML 1612R. The first deliveries are for container stuffing applications in Italy and South Africa. The truck will be demonstrated also in CeMAT 2005, 11-15 October 2005 in Hannover, Germany.

OMEGA LIFT MANUFACTURING IS GROWING AGAIN

Omega Lift Manufacturing, an innovator in the all-terrain forklift field based near Toronto, is preparing for its move to a larger facility in the fall.
Greg Pannia, the company's Operations Manager, explains that, "Omega Lift is very proud to have grown to the stage where we've outgrown our current facilities, after having expanding on the same property a number of times over the years. Our manufacturing capacity has quickly become too much to handle out of our present location, and we are seizing upon new industrial growth opportunity in our area to build a much larger state-of-the-art manufacturing complex".
The new facility will comfortably handle the manufacturing and distribution of Omega Lift's growing line up of equipment which includes the widely acclaimed 4D MultiLoader.

CVS FERRARI's first machine in Belgium

CVS Ferrari, the Italian manufacturer specialised in container handling, has obtained its first success in Belgium, where it sold one unit of its F258 reach stacker model. The successful transaction was conducted jointly with CVS Ferrari’s Belgian partner, Jan De Wacker N.V. Industrial Equipment. The CVS Ferrari F258 will be delivered to Antwerp Tank Repair (ATR). ATR is part of the Group Van Loon and it offers the complete solution for tank and bulk container repair. It holds depot for empty and loaded containers and is recognised as a customs warehouse.

Meclift Variable Reach Trucks & Side Reach Stackers

Meclift Variable Reach Trucks can be driven into standard containers, and their reach feature enables them to operate in conditions that would be impossible for straight-mast trucks.
The Side Reach Stacker handles and carries freight containers and other loads in a longitudinal direction and can lift a container, two coupled containers or heavy loads on its frame, move the load at a speed of 30 km/h, as well as unload and stack containers up to four high.

CASCADE XIAMEN WINS THE BIGGEST ORDER IN ITS HISTORY

Cascade Xiamen won an order for 38 lift truck attachments, valued at USD540,480, from Gold East Paper (Jiangsu) Co. Ltd, the biggest paper mill in China.
The order included 17 units of 6,600lbs capacity roll clamps and 10 units of 140,000lbs capacity pulp bale clamps.
Gold East Paper chose Cascade, a spokesman said, because of the company’s “advanced technology and quality, its professional and excellent service prior to and after sales.” Gold East Paper said Cascade offered the highest quality products and the most reliable after sales service and spare parts supply. Gold East Paper has purchased 19 paper roll clamps from Cascade since 1996.
