Fairchild breaks donation record Menomonee Falls, WI, United States Fairchild Equipment collected 3,476 lb. (1,580 kg) of donated items in a recent campaign to gather clothing and household goods for Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. Terex Corporation has sold around 7,000,000 Konecranes shares at a price of EUR37.40 (USD41.84) per share. The share sale was heavily oversubscribed and has reduced Terex’s holding in Koncranes to below 10%, and the Terex-appointed members of the Konecranes board, David A. Sachs and Oren G. Shaffer, have stepped down. Hyster has begun testing a new line of high-capacity forklifts with electric motors.
